Why do you need access to my photos? It's just weird

I keep getting a message that states "no in app purchases are available. " So I can't buy it to play it.
This is a great game with a great story!! Loving the games too! Have played this a long time ago but still like it a lot!! Graphics are good as well!!
Liked what was there til have decide buy or not
I'd gave it a 5 if I didn't hop around so much. , I just wish each scene would have a little more to do in each one, but great story line. I also love the graphics but not a fan of the tapes. The characters have enough to say.
